Active sales work with existing and new customers, including e.g. tel. advice, needs assessment and sales of our merchandise programme
Support and development of customer relationships in cooperation with the field sales force
Preparation and follow-up of offers incl. price calculation
Coordination of the administrative processing of orders with the sales back office
Ensuring a smooth internal order flow in cooperation with the interfaces
Processing of complaints and master data maintenance in the ERP system
Completed commercial training
Several years of professional experience in sales and dealing with customers
Confident appearance and very good communication and negotiation skills
Winning personality with strong initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
Very good German and IT user skills (MS Office, ERP system), English skills an advantage
